Initialise the release
With release automation enabled, the completed signing event starts release initialisation. Create or connect the catalog recording and release workspace using the information already collected.
Set up the release process for your label. ReleaseLoft responds to supported workflow events, reuses the release information and keeps the outcome of each step visible.

Use the configured catalog numbering and ISRC policy. Folder creation runs through the connected label storage; missing setup or connection errors stay visible as items needing attention.
The confirmation creates the campaign plan using the label’s task template. Preparation deadlines are calculated around the release date, with the configured owners attached.
Existing plans keep their task choices, assignees and pinned dates. Personal task-app syncing is a separate connection that each person explicitly enables for their own tasks.
A newly submitted artwork or master version requires review again. The previous approval does not silently approve a replacement file.
Required asset, date and metadata checks determine delivery readiness. A configured process can create the next review action while the approval itself stays with the authorised team member.
